Do you have to take a short break from your yoga teaching? Whether you are pregnant, travelling, burnt-out or have other commitments, a career break may be the best option for you!
When you are due for renewal, you will have the option to go on a career break for up to two years. During the two years, we will keep in touch with you to see how you’re getting on and update you with any important information.
How does it work?
When you go on a career break, your account is essentially frozen. You will remain registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals and your profile will be visible to the public but will state you’re not currently teaching. Since you are not teaching at the moment, you cannot add any new content up while you are on a career break. You can, however, receive messages and leads on your profile!
How can I go on a career break?
If you feel that a career break is the best option for you, all you have to do is get in touch with us on 0131 659 9922.
There’s a one-time fee of £25 to pay to go on a career break, once you return from your break this £25 will be deducted from your annual membership fee. By going on a career break, you secure your membership price, and it will also save you the hassle of having to go through the sign-up process from the beginning!
