Talking to The Trainers: When online works

In this first video of our series ‘Talking to the Trainers’ we hear the views of trainers who have been won over by online training, and find out how they made the transition successfully.

We are very grateful to the trainers who agreed to share their experience and opinions.

Here are our main takeaways from the conversation:

  • A maximum of 9 students should attend an online training course.
  • A high level of contact time between students and trainer in the form of 1-1s is immensely valuable.
  • Online courses should be carried out in smaller sections over a longer period of time.
  • Assessments work best throughout the duration of the course, including live classes held by the trainee. Ideally, a final in-person exam would be completed.

Do you agree?

Watch out for the next video with teacher trainers who do not have such a positive opinion toward online training!

A huge thank you to the trainers :)
