David is a qualified Yoga Teacher, certified Health & Life Coach, as well as a SUP instructor based in South Oxfordshire. His yoga journey began several years ago, when he turned to a daily practice to manage his own busy stressful lifestyle. He champions yoga as the number 1 antidote for anyone else suffering burn-out, from the daily grind! He is passionate about helping others to feel the benefits of a regular yoga practice and in particular supporting male students to give it a go so they can begin their own yoga journeys. David is also health coach which he uses to enhance his role as a yoga teacher giving a holistic approach to health and wellness. He teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Sports, Gravity and SUP yoga practices, to male only and mixed classes from beginners to mixed abilities. He is qualified Breath Coach and Science of Stretching Coach having trained with YogaBody He enjoys a busy family lifestyle which involves plenty of energetic outdoor activities, with his wife and children.
