Where do you see yourself in 6 months?

Here’s something nobody wants to hear:

If nothing changes, nothing changes.

And in six months’ time, there’s a good chance you’ll be in the exact same spot you’re in right now. Maybe even a little more tired. A little more stretched. A little more unsure about how long you can keep going like this.

That’s not pessimism. It’s just what happens when we don’t pause long enough to ask:

“What do I actually believe is possible for me?”

Because here's the thing, scarcity doesn’t always scream. Sometimes it whispers.

It sounds like:

  • “I can’t charge more right now.”

  • “I just need to get through this term.”

  • “I’ll rest when things calm down.”

  • “I’m fine.”

But if you're honest… is that voice helping you thrive, or keeping you small?

Scarcity Doesn’t Always Look Like Struggle

You can have a full teaching schedule and still feel like you’re barely holding it together.

You can be surrounded by people and still feel unsupported.

You can love what you do and still feel like you’re scraping by.

Scarcity isn’t about money, it’s about the mindset that there’s never enough time, energy, or space for you. And if you're constantly giving, but never really receiving? That’s not sustainable. That’s a slow drain.

So What’s the Alternative?

Abundance is one of those words that can feel a bit... fluffy. But in real life?

It means:

  • Feeling safe enough to take a break

  • Believing there’s space for you in this profession

  • Trusting that you don’t have to hustle to prove your worth

It’s not something you achieve. It’s something you decide to explore.

Join us - it’s free!

This week, at our Tear & Share, we’re opening the door on a big conversation:

“What would it mean to move from scarcity to abundance?”

No fluff. No forced positivity. Just honest reflections, some gentle guidance, and the kind of real talk that yoga teachers rarely get the space to have.

If you’ve been feeling stretched, stuck, or secretly unsure about what’s next, this is for you.

Our free, weekly Tear & Share sessions are open to all yoga teachers.

Every Monday, we explain a growth mindset, and then we go into breakout rooms so yoga teachers can share with each other their experiences together…and how we can elevate our experiences as yoga teachers.

And if you’re not sure?
Come anyway. What have you got to lose?
