Qualified yoga teacher, Nette Dalton, is running a weekend retreat that seeks to demystify the menopause through a variety of expert-led workshops on yoga, pilates, meditation and relaxation. Throughout the weekend, guests are provided with the knowledge, support and guidance to manage menopausal symptoms.
Nette’s retreat is being held at the scenic Appuldurcombe Gardens on The Island of Wight, with a recently renovated yoga studio, cafe and accommodation.
